Resources for Veterans

The U.S. Veterans Affairs Department is taking steps to protect our nation’s heroes during this crisis. Veterans may call their VA health facility to get screened for COVID-19 symptoms, and VA telehealth services can be utilized to avoid going into a healthcare facility when possible. All those entering a VA facility will be screened for flu-like symptoms to aggressively protect other patients and staff members.

Individuals may visit the U.S. Veterans Affairs Department webpage to learn more about everything the VA is doing to care for veterans and their families.

Veterans may find contact information for their nearest VA facility on the Veterans Affairs webpage.

Additionally, veterans that do not file tax returns may visit the IRS portal to ensure receipt of their direct cash payment.
