Press Release

SAN DIEGO, CA –Congressman Scott Peters will hold this month’s  ‘Congress on Your Corner’ from 10:30 a.m. to noon, on April 27, at the Point Loma Masonic Hall, 1711 Sunset Cliffs Blvd in Ocean Beach.  At the public meeting, Peters and his district staff will answer questions and update constituents on what Peters has been doing in the district and Washington, DC. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions, and get one-on-one assistance from Peters’ staff.

“We had a terrific turn out and discussion at our first Congress On Your Corner last month in Coronado,” said Peters. “Residents were well-informed and had questions on topics ranging from the sequester to the environment and national security.  I’m looking forward to an equally robust discussion with residents of Ocean Beach and Point Loma.”

The format for the meeting will be a town hall style presentation with a question and answer session, followed by time for residents to mingle, speak with the Congressman, and get assistance from his staff.
