Joe Kennedy of Massachusetts becoming the latest prominent Democrat to help with voter outreach in the CA-52 district.Rep. Kennedy will come to San Diego this weekend to campaign for Peters, joining with other volunteers to walk neighborhoods and talk to voters on Saturday morning.He is the grandson of Robert F.
