Today, the Scott Peters for Congress campaign is honored to announce that Joe Biden has endorsed Rep. Scott Peters for re-election. Two years ago, a visit from Joe Biden in the final days of Peters’ first re-election campaign played a critical role in turning out voters and putting Peters over the top.

In Congress, Scott Peters is a champion for innovative measures that will move our country forward, and standing up for our military and their families. I know he’ll continue to stand up for all San Diego families in Congress.”

Peters went on to praise Biden’s work defending women’s access to affordable health care and increasing protections for victims of domestic violence, priorities that Peters shares as well.
